When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic deliveries within Turkey typically take 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, usually between 5-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order?

You may submit a cancellation request as long as the seller has not yet shipped your item to our verification center. Please note that the seller reserves the right to reject your cancellation request if the item has already been dispatched.

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated on our end. The refund will be reflected on your payment method within the legal period of 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What is your return policy?

As Rare Istanbul operates as an intermediary platform for individual sellers who do not act commercially, unconditional returns are not available. Since we are not the direct seller of the items listed, we are unable to exchange your purchase with another product from our inventory or process a direct refund by adding the item to our stock.

However, you may resell any item purchased through our platform commission-free at any time.

What should I do if the item is not as described?

If the item does not match the description in the listing, contains damage that was not disclosed, or if you suspect it is not authentic, you may submit an inspection request within 1-3 business days from the delivery date (including the day of delivery).

Once your request is processed and the item arrives at our verification center, our team will perform the necessary inspections. If the return conditions are met, the refund process will be initiated and the amount will be credited to your account within the legal period of 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

How are items verified for authenticity?

Every item sold on Rare Istanbul goes through a thorough authentication process at our verification center before being delivered to the buyer. Our expert team inspects each piece to ensure it matches the listing description and meets our authenticity standards.

Since each item on Rare Istanbul is unique and sold by individual sellers, restocking is not possible. However, you can follow our platform regularly or contact us to be notified when similar items become available.
