1. Product Authenticity

Every pair sold by Rare Istanbul is 100% authentic. Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers, verified resellers, and authorized channels. Each item is inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If you ever doubt the authenticity of an item received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Rare Istanbul is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by adidas, Nike, Jordan Brand, Yeezy, or any other trademark holder. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. Limited Stock & Product Availability

Due to the nature of limited and rare products, stock is extremely restricted. We list only what we physically have or can confirm with our suppliers. However:

• Listings are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted.
• In rare cases of pricing errors, stock miscounts, or supplier issues, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
• Sizes and colorways are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for limited sneakers reflect current market value and may change without notice based on demand and rarity.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before any order is processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within Turkey and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Rare Istanbul is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the customer shortly after purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy applies. Rare Istanbul reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

6. Sizing

All sizes shown are as marked by the manufacturer in US, UK, or EU. It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the correct size. We recommend reviewing our size guide before purchase. Sizing mistakes are not grounds for a refund unless covered under our return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, images, text, product photography, and design, is the property of Rare Istanbul or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to place fraudulent orders, abuse promotional codes, scrape or copy site content, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rare Istanbul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or any purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
